RETURN POLICY
Warranty Terms and Conditions
We provide one year (12 months) warranty on all brand new products purchased from us, and (24 Months) on selected products that include screen break and Liquid Damage valid from the date of purchase. We also offer 1 month guarantee (we guarantee that the device is extensively tested for all major functions and is guaranteed to work like new) on used phones.
The warranty only covers software and does not cover any hardware damage, including but not limited to; physical damage, water damage, breakage, electric and voltage damage or any damage thereof caused by the user.
In the event that a product is received under warranty, a minimum period of 24 hours is required for inspection of the underlying defect. It can take up to 6 months for a defect to be resolved or a new device be issued where the defect is irreparable.
Warranty becomes void if the device is opened, disassembled or accessed in any way outside the manufacturer’s intended usage.
We are not liable for any data loss that may occur if product is taken in under warranty for assessment or repair.
We DO NOT offer a warranty and are not liable for any issues caused or arising from a defective phone brought in for repair. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your M-Pesa or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
We strive to complete refunds for items bought, return to us and determined to be refundable within 24 hours. If you do not receive your refund within the timeline, please contact us at nickrymetechies@gmail.com or out contact Number +254708 183 530.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nickrymetechies@gmail.com and send your item to: Nairobi CBD, Pioneer House Kimathi 6th floor room 2
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nairobi CBD, Pioneer House Kimathi 6th floor room 2 or present it physically at our shop.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and it’s prudent to use a reliable courier service to prevent loss. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
